Erinevalt t\u00e4ispuidust, mis on saetud otse palgist, on liimpuit spetsiaalselt t\u00f6\u00f6deldud, et saavutada suurem tugevus, stabiilsus ja parem niiskuskindlus.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.riverbank.ee\/en\/glued-laminated-timber-production-technologies\/\">Liimpuidu tootmistehnoloogiad<\/a> v\u00f5imaldavad luua materjali, mis on umbes 2,7% kallim kui terasekonstruktsioonid, kuid pakub palju disainiv\u00f5imalusi ja keskkonnas\u00f5bralikumaid lahendusi. \u00d5ige tugevus- ja kvaliteediklassi valik on eriti oluline konstruktsioonides, kus materjal peab taluma suuri koormusi ja keskkonnam\u00f5jusid.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liimpuidu tugevusklassid<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Euroopa standardiseeritud tugevusklassid<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Euroopas on liimpuidu tugevusklassid standardiseeritud ja t\u00e4histatud GL (Glued Laminated) koodiga, millele j\u00e4rgneb number, mis viitab materjali paindetugevusele (MPa). Lamellid sorteeritakse:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Visuaalselt<\/strong> &#8211; Spetsialistid hindavad silmaga n\u00e4htavaid defekte<\/li>\n<li><strong>Masinaga<\/strong> &#8211; T\u00e4psem meetod, kus hinnatakse elastsusmoodulit, tihedust jm parameetreid<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lamellide puhul on olulised:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Niiskussisaldus (optimaalselt 8-12%)<\/li>\n<li>Tihedus<\/li>\n<li>Aastaringide laius ja suund<\/li>\n<li>Defektide (oksad, l\u00f5hed) osakaal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00f5\u00f5tmete tolerantsid ja lubatud k\u00f5rvalekalded<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ANSI A190.1 m\u00e4\u00e4ratleb minimaalsed tootmisn\u00f5uded konstruktiivse liimpuidu jaoks, sealhulgas suurustolerantsid.
